Founder of Monitise in 2003 and recognised as a ‘Technology Pioneer’ by the World Economic Forum, Alastair was appointed as a Business Ambassador to the Prime Minister for the financial services industry in 2014.
Alastair was awarded a CBE for services to mobile banking and charity in June 2014, and was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2011 Growing Business Awards. Alastair was also a co-founder of epolitix.com, the portal for Westminster, Whitehall and the devolved institutions.

Prior to joining RBS Simon was Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Standard Chartered Bank Consumer Bank in August 2008 based in Singapore. Simon was responsible for developing and implementing the Group Technology and Operations strategy which supports the Consumer Bank’s strategy.
Simon has held a number of senior Information Technology and Operations positions in the global financial services industry; Westpac Banking Corporation in Sydney (CIO), Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, and Midland Bank. He was also a founding partner in a successful software start-up company, CATS INC, in Silicon Valley.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics and Statistics from University College Swansea and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire. He has also completed the Executive Programme at Stanford University. Simon is married with two daughters and one son. His interests include football, skiing and mountain biking.

Anna was previously Head of Employee Relations at Marks and Spencer plc. She was responsible for managing a team to deliver expert advice and guidance on key business change programmes, including closing the Defined Benefit Pension scheme, International Store Closures and Head Office Operating Model changes. She also was appointed to an external role as Chair of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Employment Policy Action Group, influencing the government on key employment issues.
Before specialising in Employee Relations, Anna was a Head of HR for several areas of Marks and Spencer, including IT and the set-up of Overseas sourcing offices.

He started his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and over the last 28 years has developed expertise of operating in highly regulated markets such as financial services and the public sector.
Most recently he was the Executive Director for Strategy and Business Development at Equiniti Group PLC, and part of the PE backed management team which floated the business on the FTSE in October 2015. He has experience of working in the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, India and South East Asia.

Fiona's expertise lies in design and management of consumer engagement programs. She ran operations and customer experience at Nectar - the UK’s largest loyalty scheme with 20 million members. She also ran their white-label business in Europe, managing proprietary schemes for hotels, airlines, banks and retailers.
Prior to Nectar, Fiona led insight for Visa Europe, and was a manager at Prophet, a global brand and marketing consultancy.

Jonathan was previously the Chief Operating Officer for Technology at Worldpay Group plc. He spent four years with Worldpay while it was under private equity ownership, and was deeply involved in leading the programme to separate the business from RBS and rebuild the core technology operating platform, as well as transforming the technology organisation to meet the needs of a modern, engineering-led FinTech business.
Before Worldpay, Jonathan was a Partner at Bain & Company, the global strategic management consultancy, where he held leadership roles in the Financial Services and Technology practices.

He has created and delivered the initial implementation of technology strategies for Worldpay in the UK, Nets in Scandinavia, ICBPI in Italy and Concardis in Germany.
Prior to this, Tim founded, built and exited a multi-million pound technology advisory company, held key strategic technology roles in banking and finance, including VocaLink and Old Mutual, and worked as part of Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory practice.

Prior to leading Commercial Banking, Paul was responsible for a number of the bank's franchises, including Business Banking, which supports over 900,000 customers, and product businesses such as Lombard and RBS Invoice Finance and Transaction Services. He also led the bank's Entrepreneurship strategy where over 11,000 entrepreneurs have been supported in the past year.
Outside of the bank, Paul is a Non-Executive Director of Motability Operations Group plc, and member of the Whitehall Industry Group, various Financial Institutions advisory boards, and the Business Finance Council.
